DEMONIA PLATFORMS, WORTH IT?

I one hundred percent believe that Demonia Platforms are entirely worth the price tag. I know, I usually try and lead you into thinking these articles could go either way, but in this case, I really have nothing negative to say. I am the proud order of several pairs of Demonia Platforms, and though they were somewhat of an investment (as they are a little more expensive than some of the options out there), they have not disappointed. So, I wanted to break down a few reasons Demonia Platforms are the perfect purchase, and if you have been on the fence, you should go for it.

First things first, I need to bring up how nice it is to get some of the extra height that a pair of platforms provides. I am incredibly short, and there is nothing more annoying than constantly being stood in front of by tall people at shows. Platforms may not completely solve this problem but they one hundred percent make it a whole lot better. So if you are a short girl (or guy) I really cannot begin to tell you how awesome it is to get to be taller then everyone else for once.

The second reason why I cannot recommend Demonia high enough is that they make some of the most stylish shoes out there. If the extra height wasn’t enough, a pair of these babies is also an excellent way to take your outfit to the next level. Crafting the perfect festival outfit can be kind of difficult and shoes are an essential step to the equation. You can take a boring blackbody suit and make it the coolest thing in the world with a badass pair of platforms. They offer a wide range of styles and colors for everyone. So no matter if you are more of a Mad Max badass or a pretty in pink raver they have a pair of shoes for you. They are basically a lazy girl's best friend. Throw them on and look amazing.

Another reason Demonia boots are totally worth it makes probably some of the highest quality platforms out there. I have yet to be disappointed by a pair of Demonia boots, and for those of you who have been on the fence because of their somewhat higher prices I want to tell you-you should one hundred percent pull the trigger. I think that the most exciting thing about their platforms is how comfortable and lightweight they actually are. I used to believe that raving in heeled shoes was the most insane thing I have ever seen, but now I will ever wear my Demonias clubbing. That is how comfortable they are. You can literally dance all night in them and go back the next day and do it again. Comfort is a massive piece of wearing anything for a rave, so I can wholeheartedly say that if comfort is at the top of your list, then Demonia is the place to check out. The materials are top notch, and they take a beating and still look gorgeous.

Really, you cannot go wrong with a pair of these boots. Yes, the price points would make me say they are a little bit more of an investment piece to add to your wardrobe, but they are so worth it on every count. They are badass, comfortable, and will never fail to make a great look awesome. So, that being said I wanted to do a little roundup of some of my favorite pairs of these fantastic platforms.

TRINITY BOOTS $115.00

Getting a pair of these boots was one of the best things I have ever done in my life. Maybe I’m over exaggerating a bit, but really not by much. These boots are a perfect way to make any look badass, and they are incredibly comfortable to boot (yikes, I'm sorry). I love the metallic plates and crazy detailing, but at the end of the day what really gets me is the lengthening effect they have on the legs.

PATENT STACK PLATFORM BOOTS $90.00

I have always been a huge fan of patent leather. These were the first pair of Demonia Boots that I ever saw, and they set the tone in a major way. I love the raised, and stacked platforms o give you a little extra lift. The patchwork details give them a super cool punk vibe that I am obsessed with. They are on the lower end of the spectrum in terms of price so if you are looking for a good starter boot that is going to go with pretty much everything I would suggest these or the matte black versions.

WICKED ENERGY ENIGMA PLATFORM BOOTS $100.00

These are just so cool. I loved the chunky heel look that reminds you a little of the sixties go-go boot. The chunky heel also makes them ideal for uneven terrain or dirt floor venues. This pair also has a really awesome little ankle strap detail, which adds a little extra visual interest.

ICY COLD PLATFORM BOOTS $85.00

I just recently bought a pair of these, and I cannot even begin to explain how cool I feel in these. The length hits perfectly at the ankle, and the frosty white leather is such a departure from the normal black shoes in my closet.

PURE VIGILANCE PLATFORM BOOTS $100.00

The fur detailing on this is everything. The knee-high look is also a super cool way to add some variation into your shoe collection. These boots give me major snow bunny vibes but could definitely transition easily into your summer festival wardrobe. If you already have a few pairs of platforms, I would say you should also check out the pink version of these boots.

PURE TECHNOPAGAN BOOTS $82.00

Now, I usually am not a fan of more 'military' looking boots, but I must say that these have definitely caught my eye. If you want the ankle height of some of the lower Demonias, but don't want the sixties vibes of the chunky heel I would definitely recommend checking these out.
